Harmonious Intergrowth——Research of Housing by Villagers at Luqiao District,Taizhou City

在台州市路桥片区村民建房的具体案例中,分析了位于城市生态核心区原居民建房与旅游开发的矛盾,提出以"风情小镇"模式打造旅游产品,保留大部分的现状民宅,为新建房屋规定适建范围和风貌控制要求,从而协调了生态功能、旅游功能、原居民生活功能等矛盾,为国内同类项目提供了借鉴,也为社会主义新农村建设进行了有益的探索。

Taking the housing by villagers at Luqiao District, Taizhou City as a particular case, it analyses the conflict between housing by local residents and tourism development at the urban ecological center and puts forward the pattern of ＂Charm Town＂ to develop tourism products by keeping most of the rural houses and also stipulates suitable construction area and view control demands for the newly-built houses. Therefore, it harmonizes the conflict between ecological function, tourism function and living function for the local residents and provides references for the same kind of projects in our country and also carries through a profitable exploration for the construction of the socialist new countryside.
