The Scottish Parliament Building located in a very remarkable site. The multiplex demands of architecture function blending with a complicated urban context made this design defiant greatly. The romantic Spanish architect Enric Miralles dealt with the complex relationship synthetically. He illustrated his own theory ideally by right of regarding the relationship as emphasis between architecture and location.
