摘要
CIMS——计算机集成制造系统概念及实践在工业制造领域集成化建设方面取得了长足的发展,以此为借鉴,建筑行业也提出了具有行业特点的计算机集成系统概念——CIBS(计算机集成建筑系统)。通过对建筑行业与工业制造行业的类比研究,发现两者在历史沿革、流程模式、集成化等方面具有很高的相似性。从共性出发,深入剖析行业特性,有利于进一步明确建筑行业集成化模式的系统本质及其发展方向。
CIBS （ Computer Integrated Building System ）, which is an integrated system concept of building industry as a reference of CIMS （ Computer Integrated Manufacture System ）, has being brought out. Analogy studying with building industry and manufacture industry, we find there are many resemblances between them, such as evolution stages, flow modes, and so on.
