摘要
以岗位津贴制度为主要内容的薪酬体系改革是我国高校目前人事分配制度改革的主要内容。本文以此为背景,从效率工资理论、公平理论和人力资本理论三方面论述了高等院校薪酬体系改革的理论基础;运用对比分析方法,重点分析了山西省三个典型大学——中北大学、山西财经大学和太原科技大学薪酬体系改革的特点;提出了旨在促进高校薪酬体系改革的政策建议。
The allowance-centered salary system reform launched s new round of reform on the distribution system in some colleges and universities in China. This paper, based on the above background, analyzes the theoretical basis of the salary system reform according to the efficiency wage theory, the equity theory and the human capital theory. Using comparison and analysis methods, this paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the salary system reform in three main Universities in Shanxi province --North University of China, Shanxi University of Finance and Economics and Taiyuan University of Science and Technology. And finally, it puts forward policy suggestions on the salary system designed to promote the reform of higher education.
