摘要
为了提高火工产品包装的自动化程度,需设计适于弹药引信包装的卷边封口机.在分析金属罐装弹药引信的包装工艺和使用要求的基础上,确定了封口机的封口原理.研究了卷边滚轮实现周向旋转及径向进给的各种机构的优缺点,确定行星齿轮偏心销轴机构作为该封口机的卷封机构.为防止送罐过程中倒罐、卡罐现象对封口安全的影响,设计出了倒罐、卡罐的检测系统,并对其控制原理进行了设计研究.为一些易燃、易爆产品的包装机的设计提供了一个很好的借鉴.
In order to enhance the automaticity of packing initiator and pyrote chnics, a suitable hemstitching sealing machine for the ammunition blasting fuse packing is to be dsigned. After the packing process with metal can of ammunition blasting fuse and the requirements are analysed, the principle of sealing machine is determined. The features of various mechanisms are compared, then the mechnism of planet gear with eccentric pin is adopted to implement circumferential rotating and ridial feed of roller. A monitor and control system is studied and designed to prevent cans from inversion or block. This sealing machine is applicable for pack some flammable, the explosive products.
