摘要 为了提高对车辆的管理和交通事故判断的准确性,采用ARM7微控制器LPC2210和MPEG-1压缩芯片SZ1510设计了一种应用在汽车上的嵌入式数字视频压缩记录系统,可以将摄像头拍摄的汽车的整个行驶过程实时准确的记录存储在电子盘中,通过事后回放来为规范管理和交通事故判断提供可靠依据.本系统将摄像头拍摄到的视频信息以MPEG-1格式进行实时压缩并以文件的形式存放在电子盘中,回放分辨率达到720×576,画面质量清晰.采用的32位ARM微处理器较16位处理器的速度大大提高,完全满足了视频压缩存储记录的实时性要求,而且本身体积小、功耗低,大大提高了系统的综合性能. In order to further improve the management of cars and the accuracy of traffic accidents judgment,an embedded digital video compressed recording system is designed. This system uses ARM7 microcontroller LPC2210 and MPEG-1 compressed encoder SZ1510 to store real-time record of whole journey shot by the camera into electronic disk, and it can be replayed later to provide dependable gist for canonical management and traffic accident judging. The system uses MPEG-1 format doing real-time compress to the video information and stores them as file format. It can provide high quality picture with resolution of 720 × 576. The 32-bit ARM microprocessor is of better performance than 16-bit one, and it can satisfy the real-time requirement for a video compressed-and-stored system. The system has advantages of small size, low power cosume and improved synthetical performance.
