摘要
城市污水二级处理出水(中水)再经深度处理后回用于电厂冷却水系统,由于中水水质复杂造成冷却水系统氨氮超标、pH值降低及腐蚀加剧等问题。通过分析归纳,介绍了中水回用的典型处理工艺及换热器等设备需采用的防腐措施。
Secondary effluent from municipal wastewater treatment plant (reclaimed water) was reused in cooling water system of a thermal power plant after the advanced treatment, the complicated quality of the reclaimed water caused problems such as NH3-N concentration exceeding the standard, pH value decrease, corrosion exacerbation and so on. Through the analysis and conclusion, the typical treatment processes of the reclaimed water reuse and the measures for heat interchanger and some other equipments' anticorrosion were introduced.
