摘要 研究了温度和溶解氧对生物活性炭处理钢铁工业排水的影响。研究结果表明:生物活性炭对污染物的去除效果良好,在20~25℃时,对浊度、COD、氨氮、铁和锰的平均去除率分别为78.7%、38.3%、82.6%、70.1%和75.7%,但去除率随温度的降低而下降,特别是当水温低于15℃时,下降较明显。适当提高溶解氧可以提高生物炭对COD和氨氮的去除效果,但对铁锰去除的影响不大。适宜的进水溶解氧的质量浓度宜控制在5~6mg/L,小于理论需氧量7.68 mg/L。 The effects of temperature and dissolved oxygen on biological activated carbon treating drainage from iron and steel industry was studied, the results showed that: the effect of biological activated carbon on pollutants removal was good, the average removal rates of turbidity, COD, ammonia nitrogen, iron and manganese were 78.7%, 38.3%, 82.6%, 70.1% and 75.7% respectively at 20 - 25 ℃, and the removal rate decreased with temperature descending, especially when the water temperature was lower than 15℃, the average removal rate decreased obviously. Increasing DO properly could improve the effect of biological activated carbon on COD and ammonia nitrogen removal, however, the impact to the removal of Fe and Mn was not great. The DO of the influent water should be controlled in 5 - 6 mg/L, which was lower than the theoretical oxygen requirement 7.68 mg/L.
