三维电极方法处理多组分氨基酸废水研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究三维电极降解多组分氨基酸废水中各组分的规律和效果。采用三维电极处理多种氨基酸混合的模拟废水,结果表明,电解电流、电解时间、氨基酸混合比例和种类对混合废水中各组分降解及COD去除有显著影响;各组分降解由难到易依次是:L-亮氨酸>L-酪氨酸>L-精氨酸>L-组氨酸>L-半胱氨酸。三维电极对二组分、三组分、四组分及五组分氨基酸混合废水总降解率分别为59.0%、55.4%、50.6%及46.5%,COD去除率分别为90.8%、89.5%、88.1%及85.9%,说明三维电极对混合氨基酸废水有很好的处理效果。 In order to study the rules and the effects of the degradation of the components in multicomponent amino acids wastewater by three-dimension electrode method, the said method was used to treat simulant wastewater which mixed several kinds of amino acids. The results showed that, electrolytic current, electrolytic time, proportion and types of amino acids mixing have obvious effects on the components degradation and the COD removal from the mixed-wastewater. The difficulty degree of components degradation presented the following descending order: L- leucine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, L-histidine, L-cysteine. Using three-dimension electrode method to treat 2- component, 3-component, 4-component, and 5-component amino acids mixed-wastewater, the total degradation rates were 59.0%, 55.4%, 50.6% and 46.5% respectively, the COD removal rates were 90.8%, 89.5%, 88.1% and 85.9% respectively, which showed that, three-dimension electrod method had good effect on amino acid mixedwastewater treatment.
