摘要 在活性污泥系统中利用EM菌液通过SBR反应器对经过一次生化处理的皂素生产废水进行深度处理研究,结果表明:在进水COD的质量浓度为3 000~3 250 mg/L,EM复壮液用量为进水量的0.7%,活性污泥液用量为EM复壮液的2倍,投加周期为9 d,系统一次曝气时间为16 h时,COD的去除率可达74.4%,最终出水COD的质量浓度基本稳定在800 mg/L左右,可达国家污水综合排放三级标准。 In an activated sludge system, EM bacterial liquid flew through SBR reactor and was used for the advanced treatment of saponin wastewater which had been biochemical treated. The results of the test showed that: when the mass concentration of influent COD was 3 000 - 3 250 mg/L, the EM rejuvenated liquid dosage was 0.7% of influent water quantity, the dosage of activated sludge was two times the amount of EM rejuvenated liquid, the adding period was 9 d, the system aeration time was 16 h, the removal rate of COD could reach 74.4%, the mass concentration of the final effluent COD remained about 800 mg/L, which could meet the specification for grade 3 in Intergrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
