摘要
作为多边贸易体制一直以来的积极倡导者,2002年起,日本在双边贸易协定方面也展开了诸多探索,并率先明确了经济伙伴协定(EPA)对象国的谈判路径。促使日本通商政策转变的原因是多方面的,日本采取EPA形式的双边自由贸易协定也有其特定战略意图。结合当前国际局势变化,本文对日本现行自由贸易战略进行了前景展望。
Being an active advocator of multilateral trade system, Japan has also launched exploration in the bilateral trade agreement during 2002, by clearing its negotiations path about economic partnership agreement （EPA） .This change dues to many reasons, as well as Japan has its strategic intentions when adopts EPA.
