自从新古典增长理论和内生增长理论对经济增长中的技术因素进行研究以来,技术在经济增长中的作用越来越受到人们的重视。发展中国家技术上的落后在一定程度上制约了经济的发展,而国际技术转移有利于缩小发展中国家与发达国家之间的技术差距,从而有利于发展中国家的经济增长。
