摘要
采用顶部热籽晶技术和"二步冷却"的生长工艺,并通过在前驱物中加入BaCuO2-δ,在空气中制备出了高性能的Gd-Ba-Cu-O单畴熔融织构高温超导块材。其与国际上常用的OCMG工艺制备出的高温超导熔融织构样品处在同一水平。系统研究了制备工艺、BaCuO2-δ含量、Gd211含量以及高温Ar气氛退火(ArPA)对Gd-Ba-Cu-O单畴熔融织构样品超导性能的影响。
The high quality Gd-Ba-Cu-O single-domain bulks were grown in air via hot-seeding melt process as well as adopting two-step cooling method. The effects of processing conditions, Gd211 content, amount of BaCu02-δ addition and post-annealing in Ar (ArPA) on the superconductivity properties were studied systematically in the present work. As we found, the combination of proper processing conditions with suitable initial chemical composition can effectively suppress the Gd-Ba substitution and hence enhance the superconducting properties.
