摘要 目的研究两种低频超声治疗大鼠急性软组织损伤后的变化及修复过程。方法建立急性软组织损伤的大鼠模型,随机分为4组(自然愈合组、假治疗组、0.5 W/cm2治疗组和1 W/cm2治疗组),采用连续超声波治疗,并进行大体和病理观察。结果治疗第2,4,6天局部软组织损伤的修复,两个治疗组明显好于自然愈合组和假治疗组(P<0.05),自然愈合组与假治疗组无明显差异,2个治疗组间也无明显差异。结论低频超声能加快急性软组织损伤后的修复。 Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency ultrasound on repair of acute soft tissue injury. Methods Seventy- two rats with acute soft tissue injury were randomly divided into 4 groups ( control group, two treated groups and sham - exposure group). The two treated groups were treated with the Sonitron 2000 (22 kHz, 0.5 W/cm^2 or 1 W/cm^2 ). Thereafter, the tissue was observed using macrography and microscopy. Results Pathological examinations revealed that the treated groups showed the best repair 2 d, 4 d, 6 d after treatment ( P 〈 0.05). But no significant difference was observed between the two treated groups. Conclusion Low frequency ultrasound can promote repair of acute soft tissue injury.
