摘要
离合器起步、换挡最佳接合规律是自动变速器的研究难点。考虑干式离合器接合过程中滑磨功和纵向冲击度这两个相互制约的性能指标,根据状态反馈原理,建立了线性二次状态反馈最优控制器和能够综合反映最小能量接合与乘坐舒适性的目标泛函。起步工况仿真结果表明,所建立的最优控制器设计合理,得到的最优控制律性能优于一般接合规律。
The optimal engagement rules of clutch starting and shifting are the key points to research automatism transmission.Considering the two interactional performance index :friction work and portrait impact in the engagement of dry clutch,based on state feedback principle,the linear quadratic state feedback optimal controller and the object function which can generally reflect the least energy engagement and the ride comfortahility are established.The simulation results of starting condition show:the design of the optimal controller is reasonable,and the gained optimal control rules are superior to the usual engagement rules.
