摘要
针对装有电磁离合器的电控机械式自动变速器车辆,系统地分析了电磁离合器接合阶段的特点及其对起步性能的影响。以降低起步冲击和减少离合器滑磨功为原则,采用了发动机局部恒转速接合的控制策略,并通过模糊控制算法对电磁离合器励磁电流进行控制。试验结果证明,该方法能有效地提高车辆的起步品质。
The characteristics of electromagnetic clutch during engaging and its influence on starting are analyzed systematically for vehicles that equipped with AMT and electromagnetic clutch.On the principle of reducing starting impact and reducing slide friction power,the control strategy that keeping rotate speed constant partially of the engine is adopted,then fuzzy control arithmetic is adopted to control the exciting current of electromagnetic clutch.The test results show that the method above can improve starting performances of vehicles effectively.
