摘要 以硼酸、硼砂和ZBS作钝化剂,通过系列实验考察了钝化剂吸附量和焦炭质量对焦炭热性能的影响.结果表明:三种钝化剂都可以改善焦炭的热性能;钝化剂吸附量越大,其钝化效果越显著;它们对强度较低的焦炭的钝化效果比较明显;钝化与无钝化相比,焦炭反应后的气孔结构和显微结构有明显的改变. With the boric acid, borax and ZBS as passivator, a series of experimentation to review the passivator adsorptive capacity, the passivator breed and coke quality influenced to the coke thermal performances. The test results showed that this three passivators all could improve the coke thermal performances. The higher of the passivator adsorptive capacity would have more obvious passivation results, the passivator will have an obvious passivation results to the coke with a low strength. Comparing with non-passivation, after passivation the structure of stomata and microstructure of coke obviously changed.
