摘要
以陕西省韩城矿区ll#煤层夹矸型高岭岩为研究对象,于500℃~1300℃范围内的7个温度段进行了煅烧实验,考察了煅烧温度对提取有效硅的影响,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)和差热(DTA)等分析方法深入地了解了煤矸石热活化过程的变化。结果表明,煤矸石热活化的最佳温度为700 C,此时煤矸石中99%为非晶相,形成了一个较为理想的活化区域。
This paper carried out a systematic pilot study on the process of the thermal activation of available silicon from coal gangue, and the influence of temperature was examined. The best calcination temperature was determined from a range of 500 C-1 300 C. Analyzing methods such as X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential thermal analysis (DTA) were adopted to give a deep insight into the activation of silicon in coal gangue. The results show that the best activation temperature is 700 C ,at which 99 % of the coal gangue is transformed into semi-crystal meta-kaolinite.
