摘要
汽车覆盖件外形复杂,成形过程中变形不均匀是汽车设计制造中的一大难点。本文结合汽车B柱的生产,着重于大型汽车覆盖件的成形性分析。总结了汽车B柱的结构特点和性能要求,并利用AutoForm软件对某车型的B柱的拉深成形过程进行了模拟,获得了成形的危险区域。根据模拟结果调整优化了工艺参数(拉深筋的布置、压边力与工艺凸台)、毛坯形状等,消除了零件成形中的质量缺陷,提高了成形工艺稳定性,对实际生产中B柱成形的工艺确定和模具设计提供了依据。
Because of complicated figuration, local shape and inhomogeneous deformation during the forming process, the automobile covers become one of the biggest difficulties for designing and manufacturing automobile. The formability analysis for large-scaled automobile covers was emphasized combining with the production of the B-pillar. The structure character and function request were summarized. The numerical simulation on the process of automotive B-pillar drawing was carried out by AutoForm software and the dangerous forming areas were discovered. The processing parameters, such as the layout of the drawbead, blank holding force, process boss and the blank shape, were adjusted and optimized according to the simulation results. The mass defects were removed, the stability of forming process was improved, and then the bases of process determining and die design of B-pillar forming were supplied for actual production.
