一种基于能量法的压边力模型的实验验证

摘要 用一种基于能量法的拉深压边力(Blank Holder Force)模型确定压边力,进行筒形件拉深实验,成形效果良好。采集所得零件法兰上的实际应变、运用最小二乘法对模型进行修正,修正后得到的BHF曲线更有利于零件的成形,可以一次拉深出拉深系数比极限拉深系数稍小的筒形件。将该模型用于盒形件拉深,成形效果亦较好。 Deep drawing experiment of cylindrical part was done with the blank holder force (BHF) determined by a BHF model based on energy method. The forming effect was good. The model was corrected by collecting true strains from component flange and using least square method. The corrected model is more favorable for the forming and facilitates the cylindrical part's formation, whose deep drawing coefficient is slightly less than the limit deep drawing coefficient. The model is applicable for box-like part drawing and the result is also good.
