摘要 介绍一种新型大试样平面应变压缩技术。在总结目前模拟技术不足的基础上,提出了大试样平面应变压缩技术的实验方法,设计了整机的结构,阐述了设备的特点与功能。通过工控机对温度、压力以及位移的数据采集,可以实现热轧带钢的不同工艺参数模拟。最后以纯铁为实验,实现了大试样多道次平面应变过程。实验表明:这种大试样平面应变技术能满足材料开发以及工艺优化对组织和力学性能分析的要求。 A new kind of large sample plane strain compression technology was introduced. Based on summarizing the shortage of present simulation technology, the experimention method was put forward for large sample plane strain compression technology. The machinery was designed, and the characteristic and function were clarified. Accoding to data of temperature, pressure and displacement were collected by industry control computer, which could be used for simulating different processing parameters of hot rolling strip. Large sample multi-pass plane strain compression was realized by using malleable cast-iron. The results show that large sample plane strain can satisfy with the requests of both micro-analysis and mechanical property analysis for developping new materials and process optimization.
