摘要 采用DEFORM-3D有限元分析软件对FVS0812铝合金半球形件在升温条件下的单层拉深、叠层拉深和包覆拉深工艺进行了分析。结果表明:工件出现断裂时对应损伤(Damage)临界值是0.24;单层拉深工艺中,应力分布差异大,应变分布不均匀;叠层拉深工艺在一定程度上对改善工件受力情况及应变分布有着良好效果;包覆拉深工艺使工件的应变、应力分布状态发生了很大的改变,使工件的应变分布趋于均匀。对比实验结果,损伤区域的预测与实验结果相吻合。 With the help of the finit element analysis software DEFORM-3D, the singl-layer drawing, the double-layer drawing and the packed-layer drawing technology on drawing of FVS0812 aluminum alloy semi-spheroid under the con ditions of warming were analyzed. The result shows that the critical Damage value is 0.24 when the workpiece fractures. In the single-layer drawing technology, the stress distributed difference is big and the strain distribution is not uniform; The double-drawing technology to improve the workpiece's stress situation and the strain distribution in the certain degree has a good effect. The packed drawing technology causes the workpiece's strain and stress distribution condition to have a very big change, enables the workpiece's strain distribution to be uniform. Compared with the result of experiments, the predicted Damage area is in accordance with the experimental results.
