Study on the Design of Outdoor Space on University Campus

高校户外空间是形成校园面貌和特色的重要空间,而户外空间承载的各类活动是户外空间设计的基本依据。户外空间的营建应在充分考虑满足校园户外活动的基础上,有机结合文化审美和生态环境等因素,并遵循一定的设计程序,即以相关知识为指导,以科学理性的调查分析为基础,综合解决这些户外空间的问题。使得大学校园户外空间成为满足一定功能活动的、符合特定艺术审美要求的、优化生态环境的复合载体,形成高校户外空间独特魅力。

University outdoor space plays an important role in creating the image and character of a campus, and it should be designed based on various activities which take place on campus. Design for outdoor space must not only be thoughtfully considered to meet the demands of activities on campus, but also be associated with many factors such as culture, esthetics, ecology, and environment. On the other hand, design for outdoor space should be an integrated approach to solve the problems of outdoor space, which combines specific designing process, relevance knowledge, and scientific rational analysis and investigation. The outdoor space will become a comprehensive carrier and a charm space with distinguishing feature, as long as outdoor space on campus meets the needs of adivities, satisfies the demands of aesthetic standards, and optimizes ecological strudure.
