内镜下醋酸喷洒在消化道疾病诊断中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 内镜下醋酸喷洒最早用于阴道镜诊断宫颈鳞柱状上皮交界处的异型增生性病变。Guelrud等于1998年首先在胃镜下进行醋酸喷洒，以发现Barrett食管（Barrett esophagus，BE）治疗后残存的柱状上皮。此后，醋酸喷洒逐渐用于多种消化道疾病的诊断。现就醋酸喷洒在消化道疾病诊断中的应用做一综述。
