摘要 精确把握土壤各组分的呼吸作用对于土壤碳循环研究至关重要。虽然已有许多方法应用于土壤呼吸的各组分测定,但是所得结果难以令人满意。笔者在分析国内外相关研究的基础上,全面总结现有测定方法的原理、特点以及优缺点,分析各主要方法的差异性,为进一步研究土壤各组分呼吸作用,探明根系呼吸特性提供参考。 It was important to understand the contribution of soil respiration sources in research on soil carbon cycles. Although there were many methods to study root contribution to soil respiration, the xesults were not satisfactory. Through the survey of the publications over the world, the principles, features, advantages and disadvantages of the methods were summarized. The differences among the methods were pointed out in this paper. This review should offer important references for studies on the methods of investigating the root contribution to the soil respiration in the future.
