项目基地位于大连东南角，为原大连市中山区虎难渔港用地。老虎滩渔夫码头的是集观光娱乐、文化餐饮、购物度假等多项功能为一体的综合性特色主题商业区，商业和度假居住作为其两个最根本的功能。大连渔夫码头的建筑风格秉承了北美滨海渔村的精髓。所有的建筑有着各种各样的建筑立面，其建筑风格特征是一种带有第二帝国风格、维多利亚式风格及北美海滨／盐盒式殖民地建筑风格的混合，创造了一种在采用多种建筑风格和工艺的情况下。随着时间的过去而发展起来的村庄的印记。
The project site is located at the southeast of Dalian City, the land of which is used for Laohutan Fishing Harbor. Tiger Beach Fisherman＇s Wharf is a comprehensive characteristic theme business zone that converges a number of functions, such as sightseeing, amusement, culture, food service and vacation, etc.. Dalian Fisherman＇s Wharf captures the spirit of the North American seaside village. A variety of building styles create the impression of a village that has grown over time with the use of many styles and building techniques. The architecture of the buildings within the Fisherman＇s Wharf site is a combination of Second Empire, Victorian and North American seaside/saltbox colonial architecture. These styles are present in typical seaside villages of the Maritime Provinces and States of North America.
