本项目位于上海市闵行区，作为国际设计竞赛的优胜者，B＋H被业主授予了本项目的设计工作。项目占地10.3公顷，我们的设计以耸起的四个角落围绕之下的中央湖面为重心进行。场地的西北角和西南角是广阔而又寂静的绿色景观，其东北角则设置了社区活动中心（包括体育运动中心、图书馆和社区服务等），而东南角则安排了酒店与商业中心。项目韵地上、地下总建筑面积分别达120，000平方米和61，000平方米。我伉的设计融合了一系列可持续发展的特色，其中包括绿色屋面和废水利用系统。项目计划于2008年破土动工。

B＋H was awarded this project, which is located in the Minhang District southwest of Shanghai, as the winner of an international design competition. The design for this 10.3ha development focuses on a central lake with four rising comers. The site is occupied by a tranquil green space in the northwest and southwest, community centre （including a sports centre, library and community service） in the northeast, and hotel and business center in the southeast. The above-grade floor area is 120,000m^2 and the below-grade floor area is 61,000m^2 The design includes a number of sustainable design features including a green roof and water reuse systems. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2008.
