摘要
阿联酋迪拜商业湾西区商业园区由阿联酋迪拜地产控股集团开发，面积100，000平方米，由4座容纳3000名员工的办公楼、2处辅助商业、餐饮裙房和1个区域性停车设施构成。项目的建筑设计运用了大量可持续发展方法以期达到USGBC LEED金奖的水准。
Developed by Dubai Properties, the Westzone project is a 100,000 sqm Business Campus composed of 4 offices buildings for more than 3000 workers, two supportive podiums of retail and f＆b and a district carpark building. The design and architecture tackle an innovative sustainable approach that aims at a USGBC LEED GOLD rating.
