“梅江南汐岸国际住宅项目”位于天津市南部的梅江居住区，距城市中环线最近处约5公里。项目用地是梅江南住宅区环中央人工湖的组成部分，面积11.8公顷。南北向的小区交通干道将其分成两片——临城市一侧的西片，设置4层半的复式公寓住宅（Duplex Walk-up）：临湖的东片，设置2层半的连排式住宅（Townhouse）和双拼别墅（Semi—Detached House），总建筑面积10．38万平方米。小区会所（Clubhouse）位于基地中央，面向中央喷泉广场临水布置，其另一端挑入人工湖中。建筑的整体体量以不同角度倾斜的长方体块相交构成，形成了强烈的视觉动感。

Meijiangnan Lake Parkave is located at Meijiangnan Residential Community at the middle part of Tianjin City. It is about 5km to the Middle Ring Road. The project site is 11.8ha. The north-south community route separates the site into 2 parcels - the west parcel next to the city was arranged with the duplex walk-ups of four and a half storeys ＂; the east parcel along the lake was arranged with townhouses and semidetached houses of two and a half storeys. The total floor area is 103,800m^2. The clubhouse is at the center of the site, facing to the central fountain plaza. One end of the clubhouse cantilevered to be above the lake. The overall mass of the building was composed by rectangular forms of different sloping angles, giving a strong visually active sense.
