摘要
从稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli)、红蓼(Polygonum)、苦草(Vallisneria natans)等46种杂草的根、茎、叶片中共分离细菌菌株1089株,经对峙培养法筛选,获得对稻瘟病菌有强拮抗作用的菌株5株。其中,L1菌株的抑菌带宽度达25.5 mm,而其代谢产物抑制率达77.71%。
A total of 1089 bacterial strains were obtained from roots, stems and leaves of 46 weeds, including Echinochloa crusgalli, Polygonum, Vallisneria natans, etc. Through face-to- face-culturing on PDA plates, 5 strains were strongly antagonistic to Pyricularia grisea, among which the inhibiting width of L1 bacterial strain reached to 25.5mm,with an inhibitive rate of 77.71%.
