摘要 目的:评价相位对比法(PC)磁共振血管成像(MRA)对颅内静脉窦的显示能力和效果,以及不同参数对成像质量的影响。方法:对192例无明显颅内病变者行MRA检查,其中2DPC法165例,3DPC法15例。另选12例健康志愿者行MRA多参数检查进行比较。结果:PC法MRA用以显示静脉窦时,最佳流速编码(Venc)为10~20cm/s,在此基础上随Venc逐渐增大,静脉窦信号强度下降;相同Venc的3DPC法与2DPC法MRA静脉窦的信号强度和显示率无明显差异;2DPC法MRA在优势侧横窦可见到"模糊伪影"。结论:3DPC法是显示静脉窦的有效MRA方法;2DPC法简便易行,可作为静脉窦检查的起始方法。 Objective:To evaluate the capacity and effect of PC MRA on cranial venous sinus and also the contribution of different parameters on the quality of MRA pictures. Methods: A total of 192 subjects without obvious cranial disorders underwent MRA,among them 165 receiving 2D PC MRA and 15 receiving 3D PC MRA. Besides,12 healthy volunteers underwent multiparameter MRA examinations as control. Results: The most appropriate velocity-encoding (Venc) was 10 to 20cm/s when PC MRA was used to depict cranial venous sinuses. With the increasing of Venc, signal of venous sinuses gradually decreased. With the same Venc,there was no obvious difference between 2D PC MRA and 3D PC MRA both in signal and displaying ratio of venous sinuses. Blurred artifact was often seen in dominant transverse sinus of 2D PC MRA. Conclusion:3D PC is an effective MRA method in displaying cranial venous sinuses. 2D PC MRA should be taken as an original way to investigate cranial venous sinuses since it can be easily performed.
