摘要
目的:探讨不同碘含量对比剂对CTA脑血管显示的影响。方法:前瞻性研究不同碘浓度对比剂优维显(370mgI/ml)和典迈仑(400mgI/ml)各23例,比较脑血管CTA减影后重组图像质量及小血管显示。结果:两组对比剂间脑血管重组图像质量差异无显著性意义(χ2=0.67,P>0.05)。典迈仑组脑小血管显示优于优维显组(χ2=4.39,P<0.05),两组间眼动脉显示差异无显著性意义(χ2=0.41,P>0.05),典迈仑组豆纹动脉显示优于优维显组(χ2=5.57,P<0.05)。左侧MCAM1段及基底动脉平均强化CT值典迈仑组较优维显组高35.8HU和17.3HU(t=1.32,0.77,P<0.05)。结论:对比剂碘浓度的增高,血管强化增加,可提高CTA脑小血管的显示。
Objective:To investigate the influence of contrast media with different iodine concentrations on the CT angiography visualization of cerebral vessels. Methods:Forty-six patients were randomly assigned into two groups. Patients underwent CT angiography of the cerebral vessels either with Ultravist 370 (370mg I/ml) (group A)or with Iomeron 400 (400mg I/ml) (group B). The cerebrovasculature visualization profiles of the two groups were compared. The visualization of small arteries was assessed for differences between two groups. Results: There were no statistical differences between two groups in reconstructed angiogram visualization (χ^2=0.67,P〉0.05). Small cerebral vessels visualization was significantly better in group B than in group A (χ^2=4.39, P〈0. 05). Similar findings were found in the lenticulostriate arteries (χ^2= 5.57 ,P〈0.05). However, no statistical significance could be noted between two groups in visualization of ophthalmic arteries. The mean enhanced attenuation after Iomeron 400 was greater than that after ultravist 370 at the M1 segment of left middle cerebral arteries as well as the basal arteries (35.8 H U, 17.3 H U, P〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Contrast materials with higher iodine concentrations provide higher attenuation of blood vessels, which might, in turn, yield better visualization of small cerebral arteries.
