摘要
在解剖形态学上,中医学的脾脏与现代正常人体解剖学的脾脏相一致;在病理生理上,中医学的脾脏更接近于现代医学的肝脏;临床诊断和治疗时,应以其生理和病理学认识为基础。
In morphology and anatomy, the spleen of TCM is in accordance with the spleen of modem nomaal hunaan anatomy. In pathology and physiology, the spleen of TCM is much closer to the liver of modern medicine： clinical diagnosis and treatment should be based on the understanding of its pathology and philology.
