基于CPSR规划模型的风景区环境生态规划研究--以云南乃古石林景区详细规划为例

Study on the Application of CPSR Planning Model in Ecological Planning of National Park——With the Detailed Planning of Naigu Shilin Scenery Area of Yunnan as the Example

针对我国风景区在生态环境规划与管理中出现的问题,构建了风景区生态环境的CPSR规划模型,探讨解决问题的可能途径。CPSR规划模型构建了自然条件—人类胁迫—生态环境状态—社会响应四层次规划研究方向,可以全面、清楚地了解规划对象的自然系统结构、功能与社会系统现状,从而使风景区存在问题尽可能在生态化、整体化、数量化的规划手段下得到解决。同时构建三步骤的规划方法,使规划有序推进,避免了规划的主观性与随意性,并以数量化评价手段来支撑生态规划,使规划具有更高的严谨性与合理性,从而实现规划生态化的推进。

Through the study on the problems in the ecological planning of National Park, this article has constructed the CPSR ecological planning model, in order to find a possible way to solve these problems. The CPSR planning model constructs the ＂physical condition--human pressure--ecological state--social response＂ four -level research direction, and enables comprehensive and clear understanding of the natural system structure, function and present situation of social system. This makes these problems of ecological planning in national park be solved under the ecological, hoiistic, and quantitative plan methods. CPSR planning model construds three steps arbitrariness planning, makes the planning have higher n analysis and planning as well, which avoids subjectivity and rigor and rationality, and push forward the course of ecological planning.
