介绍了泰州市环城河风景区二期仿古商业步行街项目的规划及建筑设计。阐述了仿古步行商业街的设计原则和街道空间的设计手法,如街道空间尺度的把握,外部广场的引入,以及不同行为模式下的人情空间的创造等。强调了街与景观规划相辅相成,互为因借的关系。并且还介绍了该项目的功能分布、交通流线组织,以及地方古建风——处于南北交汇的苏北区域民居的建筑风格特征。还论述了仿古建筑与基地的相适应性,以及仿古建筑在新时代背景下的价值取向。

The planning and architectural design of the Antique Commercial Walk Street in the second phase of the Round-the-City River Scenic Area, Taizhou, is introduced in this paper. Its design principles and skills, such as the grasp of street space scales, the introdudion of external square and the creation of human space in different behavioral models, are elaborated. The relationship of the street and the landscape design being complementary to each other is strengthened. The paper also includes the introduction of the function distribution and traffic flow line organization as well as local ancient building style——the residential architecture features of north Jiangsu region as the north-south intersection of the country. The adaptability of antique buildings with the base and the value orientation of antique buildings in the background of the new era are also expounded.
