摘要
可持续发展战略已引起世界各国的普遍重视和关注。本文从可持续发展的角度，对水资源的状况和水资源管理政策进行了分析，提出了二十一世纪面向可持续发展的水资源管理原则、管理模式和对策。
Sustainable development gets more and more attention all over the world. In this paper, the author analyzed the condition of water resources and the management system from sustainable development perspective, and proposed sustainable water resources managing principles, models and strategies. The conclusion will be very important in improving the water resources management system of China.
