九龙胃药胶囊药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics effect of Jiulong Weiyao Capsule

目的观察九龙胃药胶囊治疗胃溃疡药效学作用。方法采用小鼠寒冷应激性胃溃疡、醋酸所致大鼠胃溃疡、豚鼠离体肠管运动、新斯的明所致小鼠肠蠕动亢进、醋酸所致小鼠疼痛、巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀等模型,观察九龙胃药胶囊治疗胃溃疡的药效学作用。结果九龙胃药胶囊对小鼠寒冷应激性胃溃疡和醋酸所致大鼠胃溃疡均有明显的治疗作用,还具有明显的解痉、镇痛、抗炎作用。结论九龙胃药胶囊具有抗胃溃疡、解痉、镇痛、抗炎作用。

Objective To observe the pharmacological effect of Jiulong Weiyao Capsule on gastric ulcer. Methods Using the freezing excitability gastric ulcer models in mices, the acetic acid induced gastric ulcer models in rats, isolated sausage strips models in guinea pig, the neostigmine methylsulfate injection induced sausage peristalsis hyperfunction in mices,the acetic acid induced pain in mices,the croton oil induced ear swelling in mices to observe the experimental gastrie ulcer pharmacological role of iulong Weiyao Capsule. Results The partial use of jialong Weiyao Capsule could significantly inhibit the freezing excitability gastric ulcer in mites ,the acetic acid induced gastric ulcer in rats,and had significant effect of lifting spasm,analgesic, anti-inflammation. Conclusions The Jiulong Weiyao Capsule has the pharmacological effect of resisting gastric ulcer,lifting spasm, analgesia and anti-inflammation.
