亚健康状态HBV携带者中医证候特点研究

Study on MCT syndrome types of HBV carrier in second health condition

目的:了解亚健康HBV携带者的中医证候特点,为临床防治提供指导。方法:采取问卷调查、专家检查和实验室检测相结合的方法,对亚健康状态HBV携带者进行调查及中医证候分型,共调查317例HBV携带者。结果:有208例HBV携带者表现为亚健康状态,发生率65.66%,出现症状有22个,症状出现频率较高的是疲劳乏力、尿黄、脘胁不适。涉及中医证候有10个。结论:HBV携带者大多数存在亚健康状态,其主要证候是肝郁脾虚、脾气虚、肝肾阴虚、肝郁气滞、心肝郁热等证,主要的病因病理是"正虚邪郁"。

Objective： To explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome type of HBV carrier in second health condition and provide instruction for the clinical prevention and treatment. Methods ： Three hundred and seventy-one HBV carriers were investigated by questionnaire, expert check and laboratory examination, and differentiated by TCM syndrome types. Results ： Two hundred and eight among 371 HBV carries were in second health condition, the incidence rate was 65.66%. HBV carriers in second health condition had 22 symptoms. The symptoms in higher frequency were tiredness, hypodynamia, dark urine, unconfortable in the stomache and hypochondria. They were involved inlo TCM syndrome types. Conclusion： The majority of HBV earlier are situated in second health condition. The main TCM syndrome type of HBV carriers in second health condition are stagnation of liver-Qi and deficiency of spleen, insufficiency of spleen Qi, deficiency of liver and kidney-Yin, stagnagtion of liver-Qi, accumulation of heat in heart and liver. The main pathogenic factor and pathogenesis is body resistance weakened while pathogemic factors remaining.
