摘要
生态性作为建筑高效性的一个或一系列的指标,在生态或绿色建筑评价体系基础上,有一系列的绿色建筑工具,涵盖规划、建筑、结构、机电暖通工程、管理运营等多个方面,主要有材料手段、性能手段、设计策略手段。根据我国建筑设计的特点和绿色建筑的核查标准,设计出一套便于操作的技术措施和核查体系,是提高建筑物性能、实现生态性的重要课题。
The ecology or sustainability s a item or a serie of building performance ndex for architectural design. Based on the green building assessment sTstem, the ecological design tools consist of material tools performance tools and design tools, covering the scopes of planning, architecture, structure engineering and maintenance. According to the characteristics architectural design and evaluation standard for green building in China this paper tries to introduce a set of practica design tools and a checklist to enhance the performance of building, including the sustainability of the environment.
