气冲气推成形触头造型机的实砂机理的探讨

摘要 介绍了一种新发明的气冲气推戍形触头造型机实砂机构。它于同一工位、同一工序、用同一动力,实现了气冲紧实与成形触头冲击紧实同时并举。着重从实砂过程计算机检测系统检测的气压、砂压动态变化曲线分析了其实砂机理,并用有色分格填砂的方法从型砂流变的角度进行了验证,表明气冲气推成形触头造型机的实砂过程是一个多重复合实砂的过程。 The mold compaction mechanism of air impact molding machine with a air-pushed contour squeeze head, which was newly invented, is demonstrated. For the new machine air impact compacting and compaction of the air-pushed contour squeeze head, those two compactions being performed, are simultaneously carried out performed, at the same working station, in the same working procedure and by the same compressed-air power. The compaction mechanism is analyzed by the static curves of air pressure and sand pressure which are achieved by the computer testing system in the course of compacting sand. The compaction mechanism is further testified by the method of filling colored sand of dividing lattices in the angle of rheology, which indicates that the compaction process of the air impact molding machine with a air-pushed contour squeeze head is a multi-compound compaction process.
