摘要
稀土合金化孕育剂具有合金化和孕育的双重作用,在不加或少加合金的条件下,不仅保证了高强度铸铁件的强度、硬度等力学性能,也改善了薄壁高强铸铁件的断面敏感性,大批量生产中降低了合金的有效用量,大大降低了铸件的生产成本。
The developed RE alloying inoculant can have alloying and inoculating double effects. The high strength iron casting can develop strength and hardness without or with a little addition of master alloy. The cross section sensitiveness for thin wall iron casting is reduced. The consumption of master alloy can reduced in mass production, so as to cut cost.
