It is an important task for foundry material enterprises to keep the operation effectively and improvement continuous of the quality systems after passing ISO9001 authentication. The key factors influencing the quality system is introduced, the existing problem of quality system is analyzed and counterplan shoulds adopt, finally puts forward measures to solve these problem.
