Two kinds of procedure of heterotopic heart transplantation in rats

摘要 目的探讨两种大鼠异位心脏移植模型的制备要点以及受者发生死亡与并发症的原因及预防措施。方法2004年6月至2006年3月,采用显微外科技术,施行大鼠腹部心脏移植术356例(腹部组)和颈部心脏移植术86例(颈部组)。结果腹部组和颈部组的手术成功率分别为92.98%和90.70%;手术时间分别为(58.1±9.7)min和(63.7±7.2)min;热缺血时间均为0min,冷缺血时间分别为(26.4±6.8)min和(29.3±5.6)min;血管吻合时间分别为(24.3±5.6)min和(27.7±4.2)min,心脏复跳时间为(1.1±0.4)min和(0.8±0.2)min,两组以上各指标间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两种术式并发症发生的原因与特点不尽相同。结论重视两种大鼠异位心移植模型的制备要点并预防并发症的发生均能使两者达到较高的成功率和稳定性。 Purpose To explore the key points involved in procedures of heterotopic abdominal and cervical heart transplantation in rats and investigate the reasons and prevention of perioperative complications. Methods During June 2004 to March 2006, 356 cases of abdominal heart transplantation (abdominal group) and 86 cases of cervical heart transplantation (cervical group) were performed by microsurgical techniques. Results We compared relative parameters between the two groups (abdominal group versus cervical group), such as surgical successful rate(92.98 % versus 90.70%) ,operating time[(58.1 ± 9.7)min vs (63.7 ± 7.2)min] ,cold ischemic time[(26.4 ± 6.8)min vs (29.3 ± 5.6) min], vascular anastomosis time[(24. 3 ± 5.6)min vs (27.7 ± 4.2)min] and heart rebeating time[( 1.1 ±0.4)min vs (0.8 ±0. 2)min],there were no significant difference between two procedures (P〉0. 05). Various complications were found to be associated with two procedures. Conclusions With attention to key points of surgery and avoiding occurrence of complications, both abdominal and cervical heterotopic heart transplantations are stable and reliable models for research.
