我国院前创伤评分系统的应用现状与展望

Current application and prospect of pre-hospital trauma score system in China

本文综述了各种不同类型院前创伤评分的优点和不足。根据生理、解剖或二者结合的综合性评分方法，将创伤的不同严重程度以分值量化，用于快速区分有生命危险的重伤员和一般的伤员，使得重伤员能够尽快后送至高一级创伤巾心或大医院并实施有效的抢救及合理的治疗．以便提高危重伤员的救治率及生存质量。

The advantage and defect of different kinds of pre-hospital trauma score were reviewed in this article. The methods of trauma score according to physiology or anatomy or synthesized, could quantificate the different severity of trauma by the scale for fast idetification for seriously wounded person with life danger and common wounded person ,so that the seriously wounded person could be sent to the higher level trauma center or larger hospital to proceed effective rescue and advisable therapy in order to improve the salvage rate and life quality for the critical wounded person.
