浅析我国高校学生管理的法治化

On Legal Administration of Students in China's Colleges and Universities

随着社会法治化进程的加快和高等教育的发展,我国高校学生管理的非法治化现状有待改变。本文在对学生管理法治化必要性分析的基础上,试图探讨我国高校实现法治化学生管理的一些方法路径。

With the acceleration of procedures of ruling by law in society and the development of advanced education,the situation needs to be improved in which there exists illegal management of students in colleges and universities of our country.This article,based on the analysis of the necessity of legal administration of students,tries to explore ways and approaches in which colleges and universities of our country administer students legally.
