洛索洛芬钠结合运动训练治疗膝骨关节炎关节功能改善分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价洛索洛芬钠联合膝关节功能训练对膝骨关节炎关节功能改善的状况。方法选择124例膝关节骨关节炎病人,随机分为2组,一组(对照组)接受口服洛索洛芬钠(乐松)治疗2周,每日3次,每次60mg。另一组(联合治疗组)持续进行膝关节功能训练8周,在最初2周同样口服洛索络芬钠,每日3次,每次60mg。分别在治疗至2周时和8周时评定2组患者膝关节功能改善之间的差异。结果治疗2周后对2组患者膝关节功能评定:对照组优(A)4例,良(B)52例,可(C)5例,差(D)1例;联合治疗组优(A)3例,良(B)54例,可(C)4例,差(D)1例。经CMHχ2检验两组间差别无显著性意义。治疗8周后再次对2组患者膝关节功能评定:对照组不少病人膝关节功能出现减退,疗效评定优(A)1例,良(B)33例,可(C)29例,差(D)1例;而联合治疗组膝关节功能评定优(A)3例,良(B)52例,可(C)10例,差(D)1例。经CMHχ2检验两组之间的膝关节功能评定差异有显著性意义,联合治疗组关节功能改善明显优于对照组。结论口服洛索洛芬钠结合运动训练治疗膝骨关节炎能有效改善关节功能。与单纯口服洛索洛芬钠比较,关节功能改善更明显。 Purpose To evaluate the joint function improvement of loxoprofen sodium (Loxonin) theraphy combined with the functional training for osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. Methods One handred and twenty-four patients with OA of the knee were equally randomized into two groups. The patients in the control group took loxoprofen sodium 60mg three times per day for two weeks. The pa- tients in the combined treatment group underwent an eight-week functional training program for OA of the knee and took loxoprofen sodium 60mg three times per day in the first two weeks. The ruction im- provement of the knee between the two groups was evaluated. Results The evaluation for the joint functional improvement of the two groups after two weeks treatment was: 4 patients were A,52 pa- tients were B, 5 patients were C and 1 patient was D within the control group^while 3 patients were A, 54 patients were B,4 patients were C and 1 patient was D in the combined treatment group. CMH ~(2 test showed no significant difference between the two groups. The evaluation for the joint functional improvement of the two groups after eight weeks was made again. Many patients' functional status of knee had decreased:l patient was A,33 patients were B, 29 patients were C and 1 patient was D within the control group. While 3 patients were A,52 patients were B,10 patients were C and 1 patient was D in the combined treatment group. CMH X^2 test showed significant difference between the two groups. The combined treatment group obtained more improvement of joint function than the control group.Conclusions The combination management of loxoprofen sodium therapy and functional training program on OA of the knee is more significantly effective for joint functional improvement than loxoprofen sodium treatment alone for osteoarthritis of the knee.
