摘要 目的探讨MDM-2、Rb在胰腺癌生长、转移过程中的作用,为患者预后判断提供理论依据。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测MDM-2、Rb在53例胰腺癌、10非肿瘤性胰腺组织中的表达,并分析它们与胰腺癌临床病理参数及患者生存率的关系。结果(1)MDM-2在胰腺癌中的阳性表达率明显高于非肿瘤性胰腺组织(P<0.05),与胰腺癌的病理分级成正相关(P<0.05)。(2)Rb的阳性表达率在胰腺癌中显著低于非肿瘤性胰腺组织(P<0.01),与胰腺癌的病理分级成负相关(P<0.05)。(3)MDM-2与Rb在胰腺癌中的阳性表达无显著相关。(4)MDM-2及Rb的阳性表达经生存单因素分析显示与患者的预后显著相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论MDM-2、Rb在胰腺癌的发生发展中均发挥一定的作用,它们在胰腺癌的发生中可能起协同作用。 Objective To study the effects of the expression of MDM-2 and Rb on growth, metastasis in pancreatic carcinoma, in order to provide some valuable evidence for prognosis. Methods The expression levels of MDM-2 and Rb were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry in 53 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 10 cases of non-tumorous pancreas tissue. Their relation between clinic-pathological features and survival was also analyzed. Results (1)The expression ratio of MDM-2 in non-tumorous pancreas tissue and in pancreatic carcinoma has significant difference(P〈0.05).The lower differentiation of pancreatic carcinoma, the higher expression ratio of MDM-2 was with significant difference (P〈0.05). (2)The expression ratios of Rb in non-tumorous pancreas tissue and in pancreatic carcinoma have significant difference(P〈0.01 ). The higher differerntiation of pancreatic carcinoma,the higher expression ratio of Rb was with significant difference (P〈0.05). (3) There was no statistically significant correlation between MDM-2 and Rb.(4) The analysis of single factor revealed that the expression of MDM-2 and Rb was significantly related with the prognosis of patients (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion MDM-2 and Rb play an important role in growth, invasion and metastasis in pancreatic carcinoma.
