人工股骨头置换治疗老年骨质疏松性粉碎性股骨转子间骨折疗效观察

The Treatment of Old Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur by Prosthetic Replacement

目的观察人工股骨头置换治疗老年骨质疏松性粉碎性股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法对45例老年不稳定性股骨转子间粉碎性骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换。结果术后按Harris评分标准判断,优良率为76.2%。术后3个月大转子处见骨性愈合。所有患者取得满意的临床效果。结论对高龄股骨转子间不稳定性粉碎性骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换治疗是可行的。

Objective To evaluate the clinical resuhs of femur prosthetic replacement for the treatment of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Fourty-five cases of old patients with intertrochanteric fracture were treated with prosthetic replacement. Results All patients got a satisfactory clinical results. Conclusion The technique of femur prosthetic replacement can be used on old patients with intertrochanteric fracture.
