^(99)Tc^m-MIBI/^(18)F-FDG双核素心肌灌注-代谢显像在心肌梗死后自体骨髓干细胞移植治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨^(99)Tcm-MIBI/^(18)F-FDG双核素心肌灌注-代谢显像对心肌梗死患者自体骨髓间质干细胞和单个核细胞移植治疗的评估价值。方法对14例冠心病伴心肌梗死1~35个月的患者(细胞移植组8例,常规治疗组6例),于术前和术后3、8个月行双核素心肌灌注-代谢显像,用半定量法观察分析图像。结果移植组中,6例前壁心肌梗死患者术后3、8个月心肌双核素显像缺损区占整个心肌面积由术前的45.5%减少至39%和25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2例下壁心肌梗死患者术前后改变不明显。6例对照组患者术后3个月心肌双核素显像缺损区占心肌面积减少,术后8个月与术后3个月比较无明显改变。结论^(99)Tc^m-MIBI/^(18)F-FDG双核素心肌灌注-代谢显像能较好地观察和评价心肌梗死骨髓干细胞移植治疗后的改善程度。
