摘要
通过对SO2处理过的保鲜竹笋采取一系列的处理,寻找一种最佳的脱硫方法。结果表明,热烫20min,漂洗24h,可解决熏硫保藏竹笋进行竹笋软罐头生产SO2含量超标的问题。
A series of treatments have been taken to bamboo shoot which were stored freshly by using SO2,The objective of study was to seek for a best desulphidation method. The results showed that the process-heating 20 minutes; then drifting 24 hours-was a solution to the standand-excedding problem of SO2 content of bemboo shot,which was smoked with sulphur for store and was used to produce solf tin.
